An echo is a reflection of sound. A memory suspended in air. In the mountains echoes carry further. They bounce between peaks and linger in silence. This project captures the echoes of runners. Recorded in moments of raw effort and exhaustion. Whispers of doubt. Burts of joy. The quiet courage of putting one foot in front of the other. It is not just about running. It is about listening. To the rhythm of the body. To the pulse of the mountains and to the echoes within.
