Ken Lee

As General Manager, Asia Pacific, Ken Lee leads Arc'teryx's growth across one of the company's most dynamic regions, helping connect more athletes and communities with the brand's purpose and products. Since joining Arc'teryx in 2023, he has brought a global perspective shaped by decades of experience building consumer brands across North America and Asia Pacific.

Before Arc'teryx, Ken served as Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific at lululemon. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Coach and adidas, working across retail operations, market expansion, and international growth.

Beyond his professional life, Ken's outlook has been shaped by the many people, cultures, and landscapes he has encountered along the way. A lifelong learner and outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys all things outdoors such as running, cycling, golfing and skiing, and brings the same openness and curiosity to the trail as he does to his work with teams around the world.
