Unlikely Duo

Hailing from two ends of the ski spectrum, Eric Carter and Tom Peiffer set out in search of rarely skied lines. The unlikely duo quickly find strength in the other’s approach and success by learning what drives the other.

Tom Peiffer and Eric Carter are both world-class competitive skiers — but in completely opposite disciplines. Eric is a former US National Team skimo race athlete and Tom is a former Freeride World Tour competitor. As they progress beyond competition in their respective disciplines, their paths converge and they set out together in search of hard, seldom done ski lines. Finding strength in differences, they soon learn that there’s more to a successful partnership on big mountain terrain than meets the eye.
