This month my friend Bruin and I drove from Vancouver to Montana with the plan of winter camping, skiing and hiking. Everything was mapped out. Meeting good friends and creating new adventures was the mission. However once we arrived, murphy’s-law had something different in mind… I ended up spending most of my trip in bed with a 103-degree temp, the fever and flu. While being at home all day curled up with a hot water bottle wasn’t the plan… I did manage to read a lot, spend more quality time with friends at our cabin and just surrender to taking it easy. While most of it feels like a blur, I did manage to get out for a couple of days on the way in and the way out. Here are a few stills somewhere between ten days of cold sweats and ginger ale…
